ONE POT BLàCK PEPPER CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons. Sesame oil soup
- 2 tablespoons. Onion soup, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 1.5 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 c. red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons chicken broth or water
- 1 p0und of chicken breast cut int0 1-inch cubes
- 1 minced green pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the 0il in a nonstick skillet 0ver medium-high heat.
- Add the 0ni0n, ginger and garlic and sauté until g0lden.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (optional), vinegar, black pepper, salt, red pepper flakes, cornstarch, and water. Mix well.
- Note: You can dissolve the cornstarch in the broth or in the water, then pour this mixture into the pan, but that's usually what I do not do.
- Add the chicken.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Discover and cook over medium-high heat to reduce the liquid a bit.
- Add green peppers and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice and savor!
